This is a specially - designed web-fed screen
printing machine for flexible stocks, both transparent or non-transparent,
i roll such as: diffucer, FPC paper, transfer, stickers, OPP,
PVC, mylar, PC, PET, plastic leather, aluminium foil and so on.
These can be used for the following products:

- Specialluzed labels for UL/CSA, wine and liquor bottles, cosmetics
and shampoo bottles, as well as Industrial, Toy, Automotive, Compact
Disc and Video products.

Features:
- User-friendly PC based control combined with touch screen monitor
for maximum operation convenience.
- Longitudinal and latitudinal lines are driven by servo and stepping
motor, automatically controlled and compensated by the computer
to ensure automatic printing position.
- The printing head is raised vertically for convenient access
to screen and squeegee.
- Vacumm suction table for efficient workpiece fixing, with blow
back function.
- The squeegee mechanism has a pressure stabilizer ensuring constant
pressure at all times.
- Automatic tension control.
- Aluminium alloy machine frame ensures high stability and no
deformation.
- CE safety guard around the mechine provides extra safety for
the operator and machine.
- Winding and unwinding are through air shaft to prevent slippage.

- The take up roller features vacuum suction, ensuring smooth
film surface and proper film tension at all times.
- Winding mechanism utilizes advanced sonar sensor for accurately
sensing transparent and non-transparent film
- Precision linear motion guides are provided on vertical and
horizontal slideways for extremely smooth and stable traverse.
- The winder is equipped with an ultra sonic sensor. When the
film roll diameter increases to some degree, winding speed will
slow down automatically to ensure a smooth edge of film roll.
- Two types of drying device available: contact tower dryer and
UV curing machine. (Optional)
